With our dormitory facilities with a capacity of 5,500 beds, all of which are on campus, we offer students who select Near East University a peaceful, safe, comfortable, fun, healthy and contemporary environment during their education.
Accommodation facilities located within the campus, which provide easy access to the city centre for students, have been arranged so that students can create their own comfort areas with apartments (1+1, 2+1 and 3+1) and residence options, as well as dormitory rooms suitable for all budgets.
With comfortable and reasonable price options, cleaning services are provided in all general areas within the framework of the rules determined in accordance with the quality standards within the campus under the control of our dormitory supervisors. The security of the dormitories is provided by camera systems, card entry systems and security guards located outside and in common areas 24 hours a day.
While the students living in the accommodation area are provided with the opportunity to report and follow up on malfunctions that may occur in the digital environment, green areas, football, basketball and volleyball courts, tennis court, Olympic swimming pool, sports complex and social facilities that support education and training are offered within the campus.
