At the helm of the Chairman of the Distance Education Centre of Near East University, Assoc. Prof Dr Hüseyin Bicen, and conducted by Ahmet Arnavut, the certificate program titled as “Designing Online Education Material” has been successfully completed and has recently ended with a certificate ceremony.

According to the press info release issued by the Directorate of Press and Public Relations of Near East University, Dean of Atatürk Faculty of Education Hüseyin Uzunboylu, Chairman of the Distance Education Centre Assoc. Prof Dr Hüseyin Bicen, Head of Department of Computer and Educational Technologies Assoc. Prof Dr Fezile Özdamlı alongside other academic staff from the Near East University attended the certificate ceremony of the aforementioned program.

There was a high number of participation from the teachers working under the arch of primary and secondary education of the Ministry of National education…

According to the press info release issued by the Directorate of Press and Public Relations of Near East University, the aforementioned program began on 18th April, 2017 and was run for 7 weeks. It was pointed out that there was a high number of participation by teachers working in various schools around northern Cyprus; who work under the arch of primary and secondary education of the Ministry of National Education of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. Throughout the program, which was recently successfully completed, the teachers were provided information on designing online educational materials.

Making a speech at the certificate ceremony of the program, Dean of Atatürk Faculty of Education Hüseyin Uzunboylu, expressed that they had realised the current program after examining the most develop education systems of the most developed countries around the world.
