Near East University provides Information Mapping Training to Turkish Armed Forces

As part of the education and training programs, which are provided in various fields each year, organised by the Defence Industry and Technology Education Centre Commandership (Ankara), Representative Head of the Social Sciences Institute of Near East University, and Innovation and Information Management Undergraduate, Postgraduate Program Leader Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Sağsan; and NEU Information Management Research Centre Ankara Representative Ahmet Aldanmaz jointly gave a seminar titled as “Visualisation of Information Mapping Techniques” to the members of the Turkish Armed Forces.

According to the press info release issued by the Directorate of Press and Public Relations of Near East University, the seminar was held over 14 hours and a total of 67 members from the Turkish Land Forces Command, Air Forces Command, Naval Forces Command, Turkish Red Crescent, Ministry of National Defence, Directorate of Turkish General Staff, Gendarmerie General Command, Roketsan (rocket industry), Aselsan, Turkish Aviation Association participated in the seminar.
