Once you fill-in the form and submit it, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from your exam advisor WHEN THE EXAM IS SCHEDULED. It is very important that the form does not have any missing or incorrect information (please check the phone number and the email address given). You need to fill-in the form JUST ONCE and wait for the mail. Requirements and procedures for the exam are attached below. If you have technical problems, please wait for your exam advisor to contact you with the details of the exam.
