Dr. Aziz S. Günsel, who completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at Near East University Faculty of Medicine, began his academic career in 2015 at the Department of Cardiology, Near East University Faculty of Medicine. He is currently serving for the Department of Cardiology, particularly in the fields of coronary angiography and invasive cardiology.
Dr. Günsel has been serving as a member of the Board of Trustees of Near East University since 2018.
Maintaining strong ties with national and international scientific communities, Dr. Aziz Günsel is a member of the European Society of Cardiology, the Turkish Society of Cardiology, the Acute Cardiovascular Care Association, the European Association of Percutaneous Cardiovascular Interventions (EAPCI), the European Association of Cardiovascular Imaging (EACVI), and the Heart Failure Association of the ESC (HFA).
