The book titled as ‘Turkic World Minstrel Literature’ was published and released by Gazi Bookstore, which is the most prestigious publishing house of Turkey. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Şevket Öznur, the Near East University Faculty Member, the Head of Cyprus Studies Center and the Turkish Authors’ Association, is one of the co-authors of the book.

It will be used as the textbook of Turkic World Minstrel Literature course at universities

Edited by Prof. Dr. Naciye Ata Yıldız and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fatma Ahsen from Gazi University, the book comprises the works of three year lasting efforts of the distinguished and field expert academicians that selected from all Turkic countries. The book is well suited to the interest of students as it covers comprehensive knowledge and all aspects of Turkish minstrel literature. The book is a useful and well produced textbook. From this aspect, it will be used as the textbook of Turkic World Minstrel Literature course to be covered at universities.
