According to a press statement released by the Press and Public Relations Directorate of the Near East University, Social Responsibility Project focused on environment and snakes of Cyprus, which first started at the Near East College, is carried out at the countryside and city schools by biologist Nazım Kaşot.

Over 200 students have been trained from Lefke Gazi High School and Lapta Yavuzlar High School within the scope of the project and the trainings are going to continue at other schools.
