Prof. Dr. Nurhan Bayraktar, lecturer at the Department of Nursing of Near East University Faculty of Health Sciences, represented NEU at the 12th Congress of the European Union Geriatric Medicine Society (EUGMS) that held in Lisbon, Portugal.

The Congress was realized on 5-7 October, 2016 under the theme ‘Discovering new ways in the World of Geriatrics’. Prof. Dr. Nurhan Bayraktar’s poster presentation on ‘Effectiveness of Falling Prevention Program for Elderly People Undergoing Fracture Treatment in Turkey’ attracted great interest of the attending body.
