Near East University Founding Rector Dr. Suat İ. Günsel visited the confederation as the invitee of Oleg Budza, President of the National Confederation of Trade Unions of Moldova, which has over 400 thousand members.

According to the press release issued by the Directorate of Press and Public Relations Office of the Near East University, during the visit, Oleg Budza, President of the National Confederation of Trade Unions of Moldova, highlighted that NEU Hospital was a one of the rare health centers available across the world and voiced his appreciations for the training on occupational health and safety that provided by NEU within the frame of cooperation. Besides, Oleg Budza presented ‘Special Honor Certificate’ of the Confederation to Dr. Suat İ. Günsel in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the young people of Moldova and Gaguiza in the field of education.

Within the frame of his contacts in Moldova, NEU Founding Rector Dr. Suat İ. Günsel came together with, Prof. Dr. Zinaida Atikova, the Rector of Comrat State University. They have concluded a cooperation agreement regarding joint scientific studies between the Near East University and Comrat State University Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Technology and Innovation Centers.
