NEU Faculty of Education impressed at 8th World Educational Sciences Conference held in Spain

- NEU Board of Trustees Chairman Assoc. Prof. Dr. Irfan S. Günseli conducts high level contacts in Spain

Accompanied by Assoc. Prof. Dr. İrfan S. Günsel, Chairman of Board of Trustees of Near East University, the representatives of NEU Faculty of Education marked the 8th World Educational Sciences Conference held at Alcala University of Spain.

According to a press statement released by the Press and Public Relations Directorate of Near East University, the faculty members of Atatürk Education Faculty of Near East University who accompanied Assoc. Prof. Dr. İrfan S. Günsel, Chairman of Board of Trustees of NEU, participated in the 8th World Education Sciences Conference held at Alcala University which is regarded one of the top 200 universities of the world, the best university of Spain and of which the campus is amongst the five university campuses which were enlisted in world heritage protectin list by UNESCO. The committee members of Atatürk Education Faculty, who were much appreciated for their contributions to the conference, are Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Uzunboylu, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Bicen, Assist. Prof. Dr. Deniz Özcan, specialist Nüket Gündüz, specialist Ahmet Arnavut, specialist Esra Uluçay, specialist Didem İşlek, specialist Arzu Soysal Altugan and Naziyet Uzunboylu.

High Level Contacts From Assoc. Prof. Dr. İrfan S. Günsel...

Participating at the 8th World Educational Sciences Conference as the president of the Near East University Committee of Education Faculty, conducted planned high level contacts with Prof. Dr. Miguel Angel Sotelo Vasques, the Vice Rector of Alcala University in charge of international relations, Ignacio Vasquez Casavilla, Mayor of Torrejon De Ardoz where Alcala University is situated, and His Excellency Ömer Önhon, Ambassador of Turkey to Madrid, Spain.

At the 8th World Educational Sciences Conference, which was held at Alcala University of Spain between 4-6 February and where over 1200 presentations were made, 620 participants from 59 countries participated, including TRNC with NEU, USA, Russia, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Turkey and Greece.
