Near East University Women's Basketball Team will take the court versus Orduspor for the 17th week match of Turkish Women’s Basketball Super League (TWBSL) at Mamak Municipality Sports Hall at 14:00 on Saturday January 30, 2016.

According to the press release issued by the Directorate of Press & Public Relations Office of Near East University, team’s Director Asst. Prof. Dr. Hakan Atamtürk, and team’s General Manager Erhan Ayaz expressed their views regarding the match.

Asst. Prof.Dr. Hakan Atamtürk: “Orduspor match is the turning-point for us”

“Orduspor match is a turning-point for us. We have to turn the losing streak into a winning streak. We haven’t such a luxury to lose this match, the entire team is aware of this fact. It is inevitable that we are under a great press. By turning this press into motivation, we want to win” said he.

Erhan Ayaz: “We want to win and we are concentrated on winning”

“As a team, we are not satisfied with the results that we had in our previous matches. We are aware that we have to win Orduspor match in order to stop the rot. As a team, we focused on winning. We want to win the match by fighting hard. I believe that the audience will watch an enjoyable match of high tempo” said he.
