Organized by IEEE, the world’s largest professional organization, the Nuclear Science Symposium and Medical Imaging Conference (NSS/MIC) took place from 29th October to the 6th November 2016 at the Palais des Congres Strasbourg in Strasbourg France. The NSS/MIC 2016 brought together engineers and scientists from around the world to share knowledge and exchange ideas. The meeting provided an exceptional venue for participants to present their studies on the nuclear and medical instrumentation fields. Three joint studies that conducted in collaboration by Asst. Prof. Dr. Dilber Uzun Özşahin from Near East University Department of Biomedical Engineering along with the Nuclear Medicine & Molecular Imaging Division of the Massachusetts General Hospital Department of Radiology and Harvard Medical School was presented at NSS/MIC 2016 successfully.
