Near East University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine has been represented at an International Conference in Switezerland

Prof. Dr. Selim Aslan and Assist. Prof. Dr. Isfendiyar Darbaz,Faculty Members of Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Near East University represented the University at the 21st Annual Conference of ESDAR (European Society of Domestic Animal Reproduction) with their presentation on Early pregnancy diagnosis in dairy cows by ultrasound and determination of bovine pregnancy associated glycoproteins, bovine pregnancy specific protein B and progesterone.

According to the press release issued by the Directorate of Press and Public Relations of Near East University, Assist. Prof Dr. Isfendiyar Darbaz shared his views regarding his study on diagnosis of early pregnancy in animals, which holds great economical value and importance for the development of our country’s husbandry.

Darbaz: “Having been the first and only Veterinary Faculty in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), NEU Faculty of Veterinary Medicine will continue to contribute to the country’s husbandry!”

Indicating that they are the first and only Veterinary Faculty and Animal Hospital in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), Darbaz underlined that the NEU Faculty of Veterinary Medicine is determined to keep working as a team to make further contributions to the field by realizing on site research required to take a leap forward in husbandry.
