Near East University English Preparatory School is representing the NEU at IATEFL (International Association of Teachers of English as a Foreign Language) 2017 Conference in Glasgow, Scotland.

According to the press info release issued by the Directorate of Press and Public Relations of Near East University, 2500 English Teachers from 100 different countries are attending the event which is taking place in Glasgow, Scotland. The event is expressed to the 51st conference of the International Association of Teachers of English as a Foreign Language. Furthermore, it was pointed out that there was around 500 speakers at the event, alongside workshops and 50 exhibitions. Providing details of the representing committee of the Near East University, it was expressed that Head of NEU English Preparatory School Enis Sayman; English Program Coordinator Aslı Kasabalı Günhan; Testing Coordinator Eda Aşılmaz; Curriculum and Material Development Coordinator İnanç Uçaröz; and Lecturer at the NEU English Preparatory School, who is also a PhD student Gülşah Turan were in Glasgow, Scotland to attend the event which is taking place on 4-7 April, 2017.
