Senior teachers of the Near East University Preparatory School have attended a course, which was organised by M. Kemal Deniz Ltd and Oxford University Press. It was added that this course was one of the world’s esteemed teachers’ courses, Oxford Teachers’ Academy in February.

According to the press and public relations of Near East University, trainer and also an author, Keith Harding gave a seminar to the teachers on “Management and Administration in English Language Teaching” over a period of three days.

What is management? Effective techniques for meetings? Team Work, Working Environment, Managing Change were some of the issues discussed at the course. Teachers of the Near East University Preparatory School (Aslı Kasabalı Günhan, İnanç Uçaröz Kerem, Eda Aşılmaz, Cihan Mehmet Elkuvvetli and Bengi Altuner) expressed that the course provided was rather fruitful and that they had found the opportunity focus on contemporary issues in the field of English Language Teaching.
