The second match of the “Dr. Suat Günsel Tournament” was played between the Women’s Basketball Teams of Near East University (NEU) and Hatay B.S.B (Municipality). As a result of a highly competitive tussle, NEU won the match with a score of 72-68.

According to the press info release issued by the Directorate of Press and Public Relations of Near East University, the match was held at the indoor sports hall of Near East University, RA25, and the first period of the match had ended to the advantage of NEU with a score of 12-11. Later, the NEU completed the second period with a score of 33-31. The third period of the match was very challenging and the NEU gained an advantage of 50-37. Finally, Near East University completed the match with a score of 72-68.
