According to a press statement released by the Press and Public Relations Directorate of Near East University, the number of books at the Grand Library has now reached to 1,5 million and, moreover, the digital data systems that can be accessed through the Grand Library have now reached to hundreds throughout the world. Through the data systems, hundreds of millions of sources can be reached throughout the world within an instant, including the data basis of the most important and largest foundations and institutions such as United Nations. Grand Library of Near East University is the largest and most comprehensive library not only of Cyprus, but also of the Eastern Mediterranean region, and stands out as one of the largest libraries of the world. The Grand Library offers 7/24 continuous services to students and public.
