Dr. Suat İ. Günsel, Founding Rector of Near East University, is going to Kars as the special guest of Prof. Dr. Ramazan Korkmaz, Rector of Ardahan University and Chairman of Caucasus Universities Association. Dr. Günsel will be awarded with the Honorary Doctorate degree upon the decision of Ardahan University Senate.

According to a press statement released by the Press and Public Relations Directorate of the Near East University, Dr. Suat İ. Günsel, who will be awarded with an honorary doctorate upon the decision of Ardaha University, will give a conference themed "Abolition of Borders in Higher Education" to teaching staff and students of the university.

Dr. Suat İ. Günsel is accompanied by Prof. Dr. Fahreddin Sadıkoğlu during his visit.
