The two solo painting exhibitions consisting of 32 artworks in total exclusively made for the Cyprus Museum of Modern Arts by Turkmenistan artists Annadurdy Myradaliev and Aynagozel Nuryeva will be opened by Minister of Economy and Energy Hasan Taçoy.

According to the information provided by the Directorate of Press and Public Relations of Near East University, the opening of two separate exhibitions will take place at the Exhibition Hall of the Near East University Hospital at 09.00 on Monday, August 19, 2019.

Annadurdy Myradaliev will present 16 paintings of women and national motifs to art lovers. Aynagozel Nuryeva will also reflect the philosophy and spiritual world of women in the style of symbolism in her 16 works. Nuryeva will also reflect the pomegranate image and oriental motifs in her paintings.

Folk Artist and Honor Artist…
Annadurdy Myradaliev was born in 1952 in the village of Gonur in Mary Region. In 1967, she entered the Turkmen State Art College. Since 197, she has been participating in national exhibitions. In 1991, she received the title of Honor Artist of Turkmenistan. In 2011, she became a folk artist of Turkmenistan. In 2016, she won a bronze medal in the exhibition titled "The Pearl of the Silk Road" in Tajikistan and participated in the group exhibition in the Zurab Tseretelli Gallery in Moscow in the same year. She is the participant of numerous exhibitions.

Aynagozel Nuryeva was born in 1961 in the village of Milkburgaz, Mary, and in Turkmenistan. In 1984, she graduated from the Turkmen State Art College. In 1990, she was admitted to the Union of Artists of Turkmenistan. In 1992, she graduated from the Graphic Department of the State Printing Institute of Ukraine. She is the participant of numerous exhibitions. Her works are exhibited in England, France, USA, Germany, Netherlands, Russia, Greece and Turkestan.
