Turkey's Ambassador to Serbia Tanju Bilgiç, who delivered the opening speech of GLOBELT Conference held fourth time in Belgrade, was given a plaque of appreciation for his contributions to conference by Prof. Dr. Hakkı Mirici, Dean of the Ataturk Faculty of Education of Near East University.

According to the press statement made by the Near East University Press and Public Relations Directorate, Prof. Dr. Mirici expressed that they continue to carry out the promotion of Near East University successfully and effectivelyat this important and respected international conference.

At the same time, he said that he is planning a special Near East University session at the next Globelt Conference where academicians of English Language Department can share their good practices in undergraduate and postgraduate programs with colleagues from different countries.
