- New students registering in 2017 or after 2017 are required to pay for their tuition fees as Turkish Liras in amounts identified on aday.neu.edu.tr.
- Registry renewing students are required to make their tuition fee payments either as Euros or as Turkish Liras. The preferred currency for payment will be the currency required until graduation.
- The payment method for students, existing students (registered in 2016 or before) who choose to pay in Turkish Liras will be as follows:
- Students renewing their registries and who chose to pay their tuition fees in Turkish Liras are required to inform the NEU Registrar’s Office.
- Registry renewing students who chose to pay their tuition fees may make their payments as pay in full or, as 2 or 8 instalments.
- Students who choose to make their payments as Turkish Liras (annually) are required to make their complete payment (pay in full) by 8th September, 2017.
- Students who choose to pay as Turkish Liras in 2 instalments will be charged 10% delay interest. The due payment days are 8th September 2017 and 8th January 2018. (Medical and Dentistry Students may pay each semester in full).
- Students who choose to pay as Turkish Liras in 8 instalments will be charged 15% delay interest. The instalments are to be paid on 8th September 2017; 8th November 2017: 8th December 2017; 8th January 2018, 8th February 2018; 8th March 2018; 8th April 2018. (Medical and Dentistry Students will be charged 10% delay interest).
- Tuition fees to be paid in Turkish Liras (TL) will be adjusted in accordance with inflation rate annually. On the other hand, tuition fees of students who have chosen to pay in Euros will remain the same until graduation.
- Registry renewing students (existing students from 2016 and before) who chose to pay in Euros their selected method of payment will continue in the same way (as pay in full, or as in 2 or 8 instalments.)
- Registry renewing students who have chosen to pay in Euros may make their payments as pay in full, or pay as 2or 8 instalments.
- Existing students paying Euros in full (pay tuition fee in full annually) are required to make their complete payments by 8th September 2017
- Students who chose to pay in 2 instalments are required to make their payments due in 8th September 2017 and 8th January 2018.
- Students who chose to pay Euros in 8 instalments will be charged 10% delay interest. The payment dates are 8th September 2017, 8th October, 2017, 8th November 2017, 8th December 2017, 8th January 2018, 8th February 2018, 8th March 2018 and 8th April 2018.
- The selected currency for payment for the Academic Year of 2017-2018 will remain the same until graduation.
