The National Will Platform Association for Assistance and Solidarity visited the Near East University Founding Rector Dr. Suat İ. GÜNSEL in his office.

According to the press release issued by the Near East University Press and Public Relations Directorate, Suat İ. GÜNSEL welcomed TRNC National Will Platform Assistance and Solidarity Association Chairman Talip Sancar and his accompanying delegation and expressed his great satisfaction.

Indicating that the association had realized many activities since its establishment, the Chairman Sancar stated that the association was established under the Platform of Respect for National Will following the 15th July coup in Turkey.

Underlining the key role of NEU Founding Rector Dr. Günsel's gigantic investments in the field of education and health in opening new horizons for TRNC, the Chairman Sancar drew attention to NEU's achievements at international platforms. "Especially NEU Hospital and Kyrenia University Dr. Suat Günsel Hospital with their high-tech equipped infrastructures and renowned physicians, each of them is the leading gear of health tourism as well as a brand for safe, quality and affordable health services for our people. As National Will Platform Association for Assistance and Solidarity, we pay thanks visits and present plaques to everyone who stakes a claim on his nation, homeland, flag and azan. In this context, on behalf of my association, I would like to extend my appreciations and present this plaque to NEU Founding Rector Dr. GÜNSEL, who is a true patriot and has contributed a lot to this country and its people through international achievements and huge investments, all of which are indicators of his devotion to his country and nation" said he.

Upon receiving the plaque, Dr. GÜNSEL stated that he was very satisfied with hosting the Chairman Sancar and his accompanying delegation. During the visit, Mehmet Soykurt, member of NEU Board of Trustees, accompanied the Founding Rector Dr. Suat İ. GÜNSEL.
