According to a press information provided by the Directorate of Press and Public Relations of Near East University, the opening ceremony of the Kazakh and Turkish artists will take place on November 25, 2019, on Monday at 08:30 am, at the AKKM Art Center of Near East University.

Who is Umirbek Tleuliyev?
He was born on October 10 in the Kızılorda region of Kazakhstan. He graduated from Kazakh National Academy of Art. Tleuliyev is a cultural figure of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He has been a member of the Union of Designers of the Republic of Kazakhstan since 1987, a member of the Union of Artists of the Republic of Kazakhstan since 1998 and a member of the Union of Professional Artists of Russia. In 1988, he won the first prize in the Union Book Competition in Moscow. He was the winner of the international poster competition. In 2001, he participated in the international folklore festival exhibition in France. In 1998, he participated in the exhibition representing the Republic of Kazakhstan in London. The artist participated in 16 republican and 12 national exhibitions.

Group printmaking exhibition consisting 106 unique artworks of 41 printmaking artists of Gravurist who attended to the 13th of Printmaking Workshop, including Umut Germeç, Can Aytekin, Dalila Özbay, Aslıhan Bayrak Kaplan, Mesut Eren ve Kadir Selçuk Yaşa, will be presented to the art lovers.
