The “Fine Arts Republic Exhibition” exclusively prepared for the 42nd anniversary of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, will be opened at the Günsel Tower Exhibition Hall on November 25th, with the participation of Minister of National Education Nazım Çavuşoğlu

Organized as part of the 42nd anniversary celebrations of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, the “Fine Arts Republic Exhibition,” will be opened at the Günsel Tower Exhibition Hall on November 25th by Minister of National Education Nazım Çavuşoğlu. The exhibition, which will bring together works by academic artists from the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design at Near East University and those from the Cyprus Museum of Modern Art, will showcase 50 works of painting, sculpture, ceramics, and printmaking.

The exhibition, which will open at 4:00 PM on Tuesday, November 25th, is the first exhibition to be held at the Günsel Tower Exhibition Hall. The exhibition, which will be open to the public free of charge until December 24th, will be curated by Prof. Erdoğan Ergün, Head of the Department of Art and Design at the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design, and Advisor to the Rector of Near East University.

Prof. Erdoğan Ergün, who curated the exhibition, said, “This exhibition, which we will present to art lovers in honor of the 42nd anniversary of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, not only showcases our country’s cultural heritage and richness in artistic production, it also opens the doors to a new venue where art can connect with society.”
