The “International Working Women’s Day Concert”, organized in cooperation with the Presidential Symphony Orchestra of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and Near East University, will perform for the audience on Thursday, March 14, at 20.00 at the Near East University Atatürk Culture and Congress Center.

At the concert, the string quartet “Nemeth Quartet” chamber music choir, one of Turkey’s longest-running chamber music groups, will take the stage. The choir, which will meet with the TRNC Presidential Symphony Orchestra for the first time, is also making a name for itself with its international concerts. In the Nemeth Quartet choir, which has taken part in many distinguished concerts to date; Gülen Ege Serter and Şeniz Serter will perform on violin, Pınar Basalak on viola, and Mutlu Varlık Kocaili on cello. Nemeth Quartet will perform the impressive works of Ludwig van Beethoven as well as the work of Oğuzhan Balcı. Oğuzhan Balcı, one of the musicians who stands out with his composition, will conduct the Presidential Symphony Orchestra at the concert.

The concert will be open to the public free of charge.
