2017-2018 regular season fixture of the Turkish Women Basketball League (TWBSL), which is one of the Europe's most challenging basketball leagues, have been announced.

As a result of the Draw held at Abdi İpekçi Sports Hall, the Near East University Women's Basketball Team paired with BOTAŞ Sports Club for the first week match of the season.

According to the info delivered by the NEU Sports Club, Near East University General Coordinator Murat Tümer and Deputy General Coordinator Erhan Ayaz represented the Near East University Women's Basketball Team at the draw which was realized with the participation of TBF Board, authorities and team representatives.

26-week excitement starts in October....
2017-2018 regular basketball season for TWBSL, which will be the scene of exciting matches for 26 weeks, begins on 7 October 2017. The Near East University plays an away game versus BOTAŞ in the first week of the league.

Turkish Presidential Cup is on 27 December 2017....
The Turkish Basketball President's Cup is the super cup competition that usually takes place between the winners of the Turkish Super League and the winners of the Turkish Cup. Since the Near East University is the winner of both the Turkish Super League and the Turkish Cup, Fenerbahçe, the other finalist of the Turkish Women's Basketball Super League, will be the rival of the Near East University for the Turkish Presidential Cup on 27 December 2017.
