Teknofest Excitement Grows!
Science Nicosia official Ömür Sayılı provided comprehensive information about this year’s TEKNOFEST in his presentation to the students of the Near East Primary School and Near East College. Sayılı, who gave a detailed explanation on how to participate in the competitions, how to prepare projects and the opportunities offered by the organization, encouraged young people to participate in this prestigious festival.
Sayılı emphasized that the organization of TEKNOFEST in Northern Cyprus offers a unique opportunity for young people on the island, and stated that such informative events increase students’ interest in technology and inspire them to develop projects that can be successful in the international arena.
Encouraging young people to meet with technology, TEKNOFEST also stands out as one of the most important platforms supporting the national technology initiative. The competitions organized within the scope of TEKNOFEST enable young people to turn their imagination into reality in many areas such as robotics, artificial intelligence, unmanned aerial vehicles, energy, environmental technologies, space and aviation. The teams participating in the festival both develop themselves and have the chance to show themselves in the national and international arena.
