Registration to the 143 master’s and 75 doctorate programs of Near East University, which are all accredited by the Higher Education Board of Turkey (YÖK) and Higher Education Board of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (YÖDAK), are continuing for the Fall Term of the Academic Year 2018-2019.

According to the press release issued by the Directorate of Press and Public Relations of Near East University, carrying high significance in terms of career and personal development, Near East University Faculties of Social Sciences, Sciences, Educational Sciences and Health Sciences Institutes are offering master’s and doctorate programmes taught by a total of 1714 academic members.

Over the past few years, pursuing postgraduate education has been of choice since many people endeavour master’s and doctorate programmes so as to improve one’s self both professionally and personally. With this in mind, Near East University is providing the chance to pursue postgraduate education with its highly competent academic staff; creating new horizons for those who seek it.

Master’s and doctorate programs require both applied/practical and theoretical knowledge and skills and Near East University comprises all the necessary requirements to pick up postgraduate study such as faculty laboratories, advanced research laboratory, Near East University Hospital, Dentistry Hospital and NEU Animal Hospital and all their infrastructure at the service of Near East University students.

Making a statement regarding the matter, General Secretary of Near East University, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yeter Tabur expressed that Near East University offered goal-oriented programmes and students were given the chance to pick up skills which include an integration of both applied and theoretical knowledge and skills. He further added that a total of master’s and doctorate programmes were offered for the fall term of the academic year 2018-2019, all accredited by the Higher Education Board of Turkey (YÖK) and Higher Education of Board of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (YÖDAK). Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yeter Tabur also placed emphasis on the significance of competition in the word of today and how every individual was required to develop by continuing their higher education.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tabur emphasised that universities were being sensitive about offering opportunities for people to develop themselves professionally and personally and resultantly Near East University authorities are also providing the chance of 20% discount to civil servants considering pursuing their higher educations.
