Near East University Lecturer Yücehan Yücesoy received the “Turkic World Contribution to Science Award” at the 7th Turkcess 2021 Education and Social Sciences Congress

At the 7th International TURKCESS Education and Social Sciences Congress held in the TRNC, Near East University Atatürk Education Faculty Primary School Teaching Department Lecturer Yücehan Yücesoy received the “Turkic World Contribution to Science Award”.

The 7th International TURKCESS Education and Social Sciences Congress, which was held in Sinop, Gaziantep, Skopje, Baku and most recently in Istanbul in previous years, was held in the TRNC this year. Many scientists from different parts of the world came together at the congress, the main theme of which was determined as “Social Change and Innovation”. Panels and workshops were also held at the congress, where many topics such as “the future of education after the pandemic”, digitalization and professions in the 21st century were discussed.

Near East University Primary School Teaching Department lecturer Yücehan Yücesoy, on the other hand, was honored with the “Turkic World Contribution to Science Award” at the congress for his academic and scientific studies in the 2020-2021 period. Mainly working on digital material design education, distance education, animation and educational game technologies in education, and the use of design management in education, Lecturer Yücehan Yücesoy also continues to provide training in these fields.

Stating that the Near East University provides great support to his research, lecturer Yücehan Yücesoy said that the success achieved is a great source of pride for him.
