Near East University Faculty of Communication Fall Semester Events start with a short film screening

The first of the short film screenings prepared by the students of the Department of Film Production and Broadcasting of Faculty of Communication was realized in the Orange Hall at Faculty of Communication.

According to the press information given by the Near East University Press and Public Relations Directorate, in the event to which a large sum of participants attended, students, faculty teaching members and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gökçe Keçeci, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Communication, had a very enjoyable time.

Assist. Prof. Dr. İzlem Kanlı, Deputy Head of Department of Film Production and Broadcasting said in her statement that the department, which gives all its courses in English language, provides extensive opportunities to students coming from various countries of the world are and within the scope of this department, international students can transfer their cultural differences into films, and put their theoretical knowledge into practice through team works, and share their productions with the community through festivals and social organizations.

The event will continue with "Iranian Cinema and Representations" in December

At the first stage of the screening, short films and video clips prepared within the scope of the film project and editing techniques lessons were shown. These kinds of events will take place periodically and the next screening will be held in December as the 'Iranian Cinema and Representations' event.
