Champions of future are being trained at this academy…
The NEU Sports Academy, launched with the slogan “Professional Support, Elite Performance,” identifies athletes of future at a young age and guides them toward the right sports through professional needs analyses, physical fitness tests, psychological assessments, and genetic sports testing, the first of its kind in the country.
Encompassing a wide range of sports, including basketball, volleyball, handball, tennis, swimming, badminton, dance, and wrestling, the NEU Sports Academy serves not only Near East University athletes but also all clubs, federations, schools, and individual athletes across the country. Genetic tests identify athletes’ endurance, speed, and injury risk. Then, supported by physical and psychological fitness tests, personalized training and nutrition programs are developed. The academy’s primary goal is to discover and train Olympic champions at an early age through appropriate guidance. This system, equipped with scientific methods, offers a safe development process for athletes and their families, bringing a new vision to national sports.
