“Near Architecture”, which started to be published by the Faculty of Architecture of Near East University in October 2017, started to be scanned in international indexes. Near Architecture, of which index application was accepted through EBSCOhost, started to be scanned in the “Central & Eastern European Academic Source” database.
The Journal of Near Architecture (Journal of Near Architecture) includes articles that contribute to science and produce universal solutions with its qualified researches in the fields of architecture, interior architecture and landscape architecture, and unique perspectives on relevant issues.

Near Architecture started to be scanned in the international index as of April 2021
Near East University Faculty of Architecture academic staff member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zihni Turkan said that the Journal of Near Architecture, which is published electronically twice a year in April and October, has started to be scanned in the international index since April 2021 issue (Volume 4, Issue 2).

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Turkan said, “Near Architecture Journal, which was also nominated to be scanned at ULAKBİM, was first accepted by EBSCOhost among the international index applications, and this index was started to be scanned in the database of “Central & Eastern European Academic Source.”

Six scientific articles by twelve academicians from seven different universities were published in the new issue
