Near East University’s “Music Teacher Training Entrance Aptitude Exam” will be held on Friday, June 5th. The application process is ongoing.
Applicants wishing to combine their artistic talent with a university education will be striving to gain admission to the Music Teacher Training program at Near East University, which ranks among the top 500 universities in the world. The countdown has begun for the “Music Teacher Training Department Entrance Aptitude Exam”, administered by the Music Teacher Training Department of the Fine Arts Education Program at Atatürk Faculty of Education, Near East University, for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels for the 2026-2027 Fall Semester.
The exam, which will admit students to programs approved by YÖK and YÖDAK (Councils of Higher Education and Accreditation in Turkey and TRNC), will be held on Friday, June 5th at 10:00 AM in classroom ES-0-D12 of the Atatürk Faculty of Education.

The registration process is ongoing for applicants wishing to apply for the exam. Applicants can apply through the relevant representatives of Near East University or complete pre-registration via the email address [email protected].
Applicants who are citizens of the TRNC and Turkey and are residing abroad can complete their applications through the Near East University representatives in their respective countries. Prof. Dr. Umut Akçıl, Dean of the Atatürk Faculty of Education at Near East University, stated that music education is not limited to acquiring artistic skills, but also makes significant contributions to the cultural and pedagogical development of individuals.
