The delegation consisting of Vice-Rector for Near East Primary and Secondary Education Assoc. Prof. Dr. Murat Tüzünkan, Head of Near East Secondary Education Asım İdris, Head of Near East Primary Education Ertan Aligüllü, Dr. Suat Günsel Kyrenia College Principal Sermin Mine Haydar and Dr. Suat Günsel Kyrenia Primary School Director İzzet Yılmaz visited Esentepe Mayor Cemal Erdoğan and gave information about the advantages that Dr. Suat Günsel Kyrenia College will provide to the region and its educational vision-mission.

Cemal Erdogan: "I am happy that our children will grow up as individuals who know their culture and have a command of foreign languages."
Esentepe Mayor Cemal Erdoğan expressed his satisfaction with the visit of the Near East Delegation, emphasizing that the Dr. Suat Günsel Kyrenia College will bring a serious vitality to the region. Erdoğan said, "I am happy that our children will be brought up as individuals who are familiar with both their culture and foreign languages, by meeting innovative technologies." Esentepe Mayor Cemal Erdoğan said, "While our children are raised as well-equipped individuals who will adapt to modern knowledge and technologies with quality education, economic growth, social development and employment increase will also be achieved in our region."

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Murat Tüzünkan: "We aim to raise creative individuals who will carry the society forward..."
During the visit, conveying information about the educational activities of Dr. Suat Günsel Kyrenia College, Vice-Rector for Near East Primary and Secondary Education Assoc. Prof. Dr. Murat Tüzünkan said that they are happy to bring the students of the Kyrenia region with qualified and reliable education opportunities. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tüzünkan said, "We aim to raise creative individuals who will initiate and realize innovations in the society with our technological infrastructure, student-oriented education approach, and experienced and dynamic education staff."

Asım İdris: "We will raise confident individuals through a world-class education..."
Saying that they will train individuals equipped to meet the needs of the age through a world-class education program, Near East Secondary Education Director Asım İdris reminded that the Cambridge and Pearson Edexcel curriculum is applied at Dr. Suat Günsel Kyrenia College, and German and French are offered as the second foreign language option in addition to English. İdris also said that they will train students who are walking confidently into the future with one-to-one studies, school reinforcement studies and accelerated courses, IGCSE and GCE exam preparation programs, smart classrooms and laboratories in accordance with student levels.

Ertan Aligüllü: "We will make a difference in education with the Cambridge approved curriculum..."
Near East Primary Education Head Ertan Aligüllü stated that they are excited and happy that Nursery and Preschool education will start in February 2021 at Dr. Suat Günsel Kyrenia College.

Saying that there will be a Turkish kindergarten teacher and a kindergarten teacher whose native language is English, Aligüllü pointed out that a Cambridge-approved curriculum will be applied in the lessons they will conduct simultaneously in Turkish and English. Aligüllü said, “With its language education, social and physical equipment and competent teaching staff experienced in the field, Dr. Suat Günsel Kyrenia College will make a difference in the lives of children of Kyrenia.”
