The “Law Professions Entrance Exam and Judiciary Exam Preparation Question Bank”, a joint study by Near East University Faculty of Law faculty members Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aysun Beydola and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fatma Alaslan and Ankara Social Sciences University Faculty of Law faculty member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ramadan Sanıvar, has been published. Published by Legal Publishing, the book will guide lawyers in their preparation process for professional exams.
The book, “Law Professions Entrance Exam and Judiciary Exam Preparation Question Bank”, which has a wide content covering the basic areas of law professions, is a handbook for lawyers preparing for the exams with a total of 643 test questions. The book, which includes 241 questions on Property Law, Law of Obligations and Inheritance Law within the scope of Civil Law, includes 202 questions on Civil Procedure Law and Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, and 200 questions on Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law.
The questions, which are presented with their solutions, aim to increase the success rate of candidates during the exam process. “Law Professions Entrance Exam and Judiciary Exam Preparation Question Bank” is also the first work published in this field in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aysun Beydola, one of the authors of the book, said, “This study will increase the success rate with its wide scope and solutions. We believe that it will be the greatest assistant of lawyers during this process.” Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aysun Beydola also emphasized that the book will not only be an important resource for law school graduates to get better results in exams, but will also contribute to the professional careers of lawyers.
