Kazakhstan Artists' Painting Exhibition" consisting of 30 paintings of Five Artists exclusively prepared for Cyprus Museum of Modern Arts to be opened by National Unity Party Leader Ersin Tatar.

According to a press statement released by the Near East University Press and Public Relations Directorate, the opening of the exhibition will take place on Tuesday, May 14, at 09.00 at the Near East University Faculty of Health Sciences Exhibition Center.

Ethnic and Cultural Themes will be reflected in a Modern Style...
Artist Zhenis Nurlybayev, who will take part in the exhibition, took the horses as the main theme in his works, while he also included the themes of birds and music in his works. Yerkinbek Yessimov, who is a leading artist, also reflects a modern style. Almagül Yessimova, who uses an ethnic style in her works, will also exhibit her works which are composed of a series called "Domestic Land". The artist expresses mountains and birds as a symbol of freedom in her paintings. Amankeldi Kenanbayev, who spent his entire life in the steppes of Almaty, uses the colors of the steppe. Kumar Omarkhan, who deals with the themes of war in his paintings, will present the works that are the theme of the heroism of his ancestors in the battles.
