İrfan Günsel, father of the Founding Rector of Near East University, Dr. Suat İrfan Günsel, passed away early morning today.

A condolence ceremony will take place outside of Hospital of Near East University at 13:30, and following this,the burial ceremony will take place at the Cemetery of Nicosia.
