In the best scientists ranking published by Research.com, Prof. Dr. Fadi Al-Turjman from Near East University ranked in the top five in Turkey and first in the TRNC in the field of “Computer Sciences”

In the ranking of the best scientists published by Research.com for the eighth time this year, Near East University Faculty of Engineering Deputy Dean of Research and Head of Artificial Intelligence Engineering Prof. Dr. Fadi Al-Turjman took place among the top 4,000 scientists in the world in the Computer Science category. Shown as one of the top 5 academicians in his field in Turkey, Prof. Dr. Fadi Al-Turjman ranked first in the TRNC.

As of December 6, 2021, the ranking of the best scientists based on the H-index, publication and citation counts was prepared using Google Scholar and Microsoft Academic data. In the ranking made in the Computer Science category, approximately 10 thousand scientists and their studies have been evaluated around the world.

The H-index, one of the main criteria used in the research, shows how efficient and effective a researcher is in its field. In addition, the awards received, the productivity of academic publications and the number of citations received were used as the determining criteria of the study.
