In accordance with the decision made by our Rectorate, the dates and conditions for the Academic Promotion Applications have been announced.
Applications (2026/2) will be accepted between June 29, 2026 and July 14, 2026.
Applications will be made by following the procedures outlined on the website: https://lor.uzebim.digital/.
Documents required for the application:
- Curriculum Vitae (CV),
- Screenshots proving that the applicant’s articles are indexed in WOS, Scopus, field indexes, and Ulakbim,
- A copy of the PhD diploma,
- Assistant professorship and/or associate professorship certificates,
- Copies of the applicant’s works,
- Official acceptance letters or DOI numbers for accepted but unpublished publications at the time of application,
- Documents proving citations and peer review activities,
- If the publication is a book, the publishing contract.
- Trainer Certification (for Assistant Professorship Applications).
Documents to be submitted through the system:
- Application letter,
- Letters from the Dean or the Center of Excellence and Department Chair indicating the suitability of the position/Field of Science,
- An official document obtained from the DEBİM Performance Evaluation Coordination Office certifying the applicant’s Cumulative Publication Score and AMI (ALG)/AMS (ALP) scores (for applications for the ranks of Associate Professor and Professor),
- A copy of the form in Appendix 3 (Step 5) filled out with the necessary scoring,
- A Foreign Language Exemption Certificate provided by the Center of Excellence in Education.
