We wish God’s mercy once again to all our students and citizens who lost their lives due to the earthquake disaster in motherland Turkey on February 6, 2023, and a speedy recovery to the injured.
The following decisions have been taken by the Near East University Rectorate regarding the 2022 – 2023 Academic Year Spring Semester:
- Due to the earthquake disaster, 2022-2023 Academic Year Spring Semester classes will start on February 20, 2023 with the face-to-face education model.
- A flexible face-to-face education model will be implemented for our students residing in the State of Emergency Region. Within the framework of the flexible face-to-face education model, in order to enable the students in the State of Emergency Region to continue their education without experiencing any problems, all kinds of educational and scientific flexibility specific to the condition will be provided for subjects such as teaching methods, attendance, and evaluation.
