The Technology and Innovation School Fall Workshops, carried out in collaboration with Özay Günsel Children’s University and GÜNSEL Academy, have begun. Children are preparing for the future by experiencing coding, creativity, and team spirit together.
The Technology and Innovation School Fall Workshops, organized in collaboration with Özay Günsel Children’s University and GÜNSEL Academy, have begun. Children aged 6–14 have the opportunity to develop their coding, robotics, and creativity skills through fun projects in the “Lego Spike Robotics” and “Game Development with Scratch” workshops.
By combining education with play and experience, Özay Günsel Children’s University continues to introduce children to next-generation skills that prepare them for the modern world. The program aims to develop children’s analytical thinking and problem-solving skills at an early age and to foster their interest in technology.
The workshops, held at the Near East University Artificial Intelligence, Informatics, and Innovation Center, offer children an unforgettable experience four days a week. In these workshops, which combine technology and design, children gain skills such as problem-solving, creativity, teamwork, and coding. The program also teaches competencies needed in the modern world, such as creative solution generation, digital competencies, and entrepreneurship.
Coding skills are developed and creativity is strengthened at three different levels…
The Lego Spike Robotics Training Workshops, organized for children aged 6–11, are held at three different levels, led by certified instructors. The first level for beginners is held every Tuesday, the second level every Wednesday, and the third level every Thursday from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The workshops aim to develop children’s coding skills and strengthen their creativity through teamwork.
They design their own games…
Children aged 9–14 have the opportunity to design their own games with the Scratch Game Development Workshop. Held every Friday from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM, the workshop teaches children the basics of Scratch and helps them understand game logic. By encouraging their creativity through visual game programming, children also have the opportunity to develop their technology and problem-solving skills.
