An educational program has been prepared by Özay Günsel Children’s University for a period considered as the beginning of adolescence; ages 12, 13 and 14when children experience significant psychological and developmental changes, in order to develop their strategic thinking skills and raise their mental abilities.
The 12-14 age group titled as the Galaxy will be administered an educational program where they are required to “think and discover”. The program includes workshops where modules on robot applications, blog design, space and astrology, intelligence games, thinking skills, genetics, astronomy, robotics, children's mental saturation levels will be fed with such courses. Therefore, the modules will offer the children an environment where they will enjoy the joy of producing a product and actively participate in their learning; nurturing the passion for learning and discovering.

In this period of rapid changes in the way young people think, reason and learn, 70 modules will support the transition of students’ concrete to abstract thinking. In addition to focus on cyber wars, human genetics and genetic diversity, anatomy and respiratory system, personal body health and care, learning of life signs, medicine and pathology, laboratory applications and molecular examination, the building blocks of life, the production of medicines from plants, the DNA of food, artificial intelligence and software, elements, habits and preventive health, recycling and renewable energy, 3D geographical material development will be at the core of the program designed for this age group.

In addition to the above, it was stated that issues such as savings, sign language, theatre and law philosophy, pastry and chocolate art, spending money, hamburger making, Italian cuisine, first aid, psychology, healthy eating, land plants and animals, literature and art, kite design and construction, natural history, workshops on furniture, stone painting, designing your own fashion, football theory will all be included into the program developed for the Galaxy Group.
