- As one of the publications of Near East University, the book titled as “Examination Directory for Clinical Diagnosis” will be used asa module book.

- “Examination Directory for Clinical Diagnosis” book is expected to fill the significant need for such a book by faculties of medicine.

- The book titled as “Examination Directory for Clinical Diagnosis” has been presented to the Founding Rector of Near East University, Dr. Suat Günsel.

According to the press info release issued by the Directorate of Press and Public Relations of Near East University, Head of Department of Internal Diseases Prof. Dr. F. Tümay Sözen expressed that the module notes of the academic members if the NEU Faculty of Medicine were put together to publish the book, “ Examination Directory for Clinical Diagnosis” and he added that the book included the basics such as patient history and physical examination all of which are highly necessary for the doctors.

It was expressed that the aforementioned book was presented to the Founding Rector of Near East University by Head of Department of Internal Diseases Prof. Dr. F. Tümay Sözen.

Making a statement while presenting the book to the Founding Rector of Near East University, Head of Department of Internal Diseases Prof. Dr. F. Tümay Sözen pointed ou that the Near East University always gave continuous support to science and research. Moreover, he stressed that they had observed the obvious support of the university throughout the process of putting the information of the book together, and in the process of printing it. Resultantly, Head of Department of Internal Diseases Prof. Dr. F. Tümay Sözen stressed that he wanted to express gratitude to Suat İ. Günsel as he presented the book to him. He emphasised that the book was of quality to be highly beneficial to particularly medical students, staff working in the health sector, and that they were expecting the book to act as a mile stone in the sector.

Making a statement on the matter, Founding Rector of Near East University Dr. Suat İ. Günsel thanked Prof. Dr. Tümay Sözen for enabling to make such a significant contribution to the health sector and wished for success in the future. Dr. Suat İ. Günsel emphasised how proud he was to see the university fill an important gap, particularly for internal diseases studied in faculties of medicine. He stressed that knowing that there was a need for such a resources at faculties of medicine and that this directory will be of use to many meant a lot to him and everyone at the Near East University. He expressed gratitude to Head of Department of Internal Diseases Prof. Dr. F. Tümay Sözen and everyone who had contributed to the completion of the directory. He emphasised that seeing the highly beneficial product of the academics of Near East University made him rather proud. He assured that Near East University will be continuing to support research and development of studies to be conducted at the university. He ended his words by stressing that the Near East University prioritised and will be continuing to make further contributions to science, to health and thus, to the community as a whole.
