An in-service training program will be held for teachers who conduct physical education, health and sports classes in cooperation with the Faculty of Sports Sciences of Near East University and the Ministry of Education Common Services Department.

According to the information given by the Press and Public Relations Directorate of the Near East University, in the trainings to be held online on youtube between August 31 and September 1, Near East University Faculty of Sport Sciences Recreation Department Head Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hakan Atamtürk will present a lecture titled “Physical Education and Sports Lessons Practices During Pandemic”, and Assist. Prof. Dr. Osman Emiroğlu will make a presentation titled "Learning and Teaching Approaches in Physical Education".

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hakan Atamtürk will make a presentation within the scope of the objectives of the Ministry of National Education Physical Education, Health and Sports curriculum, the security measures that should be applied in physical education, health and sports lessons during the pandemic process, and Physical Education activities which focuses on which psychomotor, cognitive and affective gains are developed in individuals through practical studies.
