Dr. Suat Günsel lecturer training scholarship which will be granted in 42 programs aims to provide our successful young people with opportunities to involve in academic research and development environment. The students who will be supported by salary during the training process will continue to carry out their research studies with the guarantee to be employed as an academic staff at NEU.

In his explanation, Near East University Board of Trustees Chairman Assoc. Prof. Dr. İrfan S. Günsel underlined that Near East University provided goal-oriented and high quality education for the master's and doctoral degree students. Pointing to the significant impact of blending theory and practice for carrying out education in an interactive manner, Associate Professor Günsel stated that they had provided the students with opportunities, which allow each of them to conduct research and specialize in the field chosen personally.
Stating that they began to receive the positive outcomes of the research studies conducted within the frame of this innovative approach, Associate Professor Günsel highlighted that many projects including the production of electric car, the creation of the bio-printer capable to produce human tissue and organs, the creation of robots capable to win world robotic soccer cup and other accomplishments had come to realization in virtue of these programs. Candidates willing to enroll in one of the 218 master's degree and PhD degree programs offered by Near East University Graduate Schools of Social Sciences, Applied Sciences, Educational Sciences and Health Sciences, shall submit their applications for scholarship from 9th of July till 29th of August, 2018.
