Doctors from the Turkic World to Meet in Cyprus!

The “1st International Medical Congress of Turkish-Speaking Countries,” of which Near East University is a partner, will bring together doctors from the Turkic world in Cyprus.
The “1st International Medical Congress of Turkish-Speaking Countries” (TURKTIP2025), of which Near East University is a partner, will be held in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus from October 16-19, 2025. The congress, organized by the Turkish-Speaking Countries Medical Association, will be held under the theme “The Future is Coming Soon.”

The four-day congress will explore the latest developments in the healthcare applications of artificial intelligence, robotic surgery, telemedicine, and advanced technology products from innovative perspectives. The congress will also feature round-table and investment meetings, startup meetings, structured courses, panels, open podiums, and workshops. The “Organ Donation and Transplantation Symposium” will also be held as part of the congress.

The congress, which aims to strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration, will also contribute to the national and international promotion of the domestic healthcare industry. At TÜRKTIP2025, speakers from a wide range of disciplines, including emergency medicine, family medicine, anesthesia and resuscitation, pediatrics, cardiology, internal medicine, and surgery, will meet with participants. Critical care, nutrition, supportive care, and minimally invasive surgery will be discussed at the congress, which will also include information exchange on critical and current topics such as cancer treatments. The congress will provide a strong collaborative platform for physicians from diverse disciplines.

Organized by the Turkish-Speaking Countries Medical Association, the congress partners include numerous institutions from the TRNC and Turkey. Supported by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey and the Ministry of Health of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, the congress also includes Near East University, Marmara University, Eastern Mediterranean University, University of Health Sciences, International Health Services (USHAŞ), Turkish Red Crescent, Turkish Red Crescent of Cyprus, TIKA, the Turkish Organ Transplantation Foundation, and the Kosovo Turkish Physicians Association.

The congress, which will feature numerous expert participants in their respective fields, will include “Advanced Technologies in Emergency Medicine and Intensive Care”, “Pain and Its Management”, “Smart Medical Devices and Wearable Technologies”, “Acute and Chronic Pain, Palliative Care, and Innovative Analgesics”, “Allergy”, “Asthma and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)”, “Nutrition – Microbiota”, “Pediatric Diseases and Disease Management in the Elderly”, “Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus and Endocrine Disorders”, “Digital Health and Telemedicine Applications”, and “Gastrointestinal System and Inflammatory Bowel Diseases.” The congress will also cover: Current developments will be shared on a wide range of topics, including “Cardiovascular Diseases, Hypertension Management, Dyslipidemia, and Statins,” “Chemotherapy, Immunotherapies, Early Cancer Diagnosis”, “Minimally Invasive Surgery and Robotic Surgical Technologies”, “Oncology and Targeted Cancer Therapies”, “Sports Injuries”, and “Medical Imaging Technologies.” Detailed information about the congress can be found at www.turktip.org.
