The four-day 2024-2025 Spring Term Graduation Festival, where Near East University will bid farewell to its 2,732 graduates, will begin on June 23!
Near East University will bid farewell to its 2,732 students who have qualified to graduate in the 2024-2025 spring term with a four-day “graduation festival” to be held at NEU Event Park on June 23-27. Before the graduation ceremonies, which will start at 20:00, students will celebrate their graduation with a DJ performance.
Students who have qualified to graduate from Near East University’s 21 faculties, 3 colleges and the Graduate Education Institute will take their first steps towards the future. In the first of the ceremonies to be held on Monday, June 23, 719 students will graduate from Atatürk Education, Science and Literature, Fine Arts and Design, Law, Theology and Communication faculties. In the second ceremony to be held on Tuesday, June 24, 770 students who have qualified to graduate from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Architecture, Sports Sciences, Artificial Intelligence and Informatics, and Tourism and Health Services Vocational School will receive their diplomas. In the third ceremony to be held on Wednesday, June 25, 730 students will graduate from the faculties of Engineering, Civil and Environmental Engineering, Health Sciences, Nursing, and Agriculture. In the last ceremony to be held on Friday, June 27, 513 students from the faculties of Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, and Veterinary Medicine will take their first steps in their professional lives.

Stating that nearly 3 thousand graduates will receive their diplomas in the 2024-2025 Spring Term graduation ceremonies, Near East University Rector Prof. Dr. Tamer Şanlıdağ said, “We will bid farewell to our students who have successfully completed their university journeys, which they have knitted with knowledge, study and determination, with meaningful graduation events that will last for four days.” Emphasizing that he believes that each student will walk towards the future with confidence and firm steps with the qualified education they receive, Prof. Dr. Şanlıdağ said, “Sharing these special moments with our students and their families, who are their greatest supporters, makes our joy even greater.”
