Aitkali Zhaisanbayev: "Dr. Suat Günsel, you are not only a citizen of Cyprus; you are a worthy citizen of the great Turkic World"
"I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Suat Günsel on behalf of 5 Kazakh artists in this hall. All branches of art are similar and close to each other. Just as there are different trends in music, there are different styles and trends in the art of painting. In the modernized world there are few people who love classical music but instead jazz, punk, rock and pop music have a rising trend. In the art of painting, we have exceeded the limits of classical art as well. Under the umbrella of the Cyprus Museum of Modern Arts, we strive to gather the symphonic orchestra with our works created in different styles and techniques, and this is realized with the idea, imagination and support of a single person. Mr. Dr. Suat Günsel, you are not only a citizen of Cyprus, you are a worthy citizen of the great Turkic world. Thank you again" said he.

Professor Dr. Yıldız Doyran: "We strongly believe that the Cyprus Museum of Modern Arts will stand out in the international arena."
The Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design of Düzce University, Prof. Dr. Yıldız Doyran delivered a speech on behalf of the artists from Turkey: "I am greeting all of you on behalf of my academician artist fellows coming from Turkey. Within the scope of Cyprus Museum of Modern Arts, we have come to the island very happily and we are going back very happily. Very nice breakthroughs are also being realized in Turkey via some foundations and institutions but the one here is different. None of the others do this by thinking of the Turkic republics; instead they create a museum feeding from different countries. What our Founding Rector Dr. Suat Günsel is trying to do here is very different. When we go to Europe, we visit the museums there; now an opportunity door is opening for Europe to visit the Cyprus Museum of Modern Arts and get to know better the art of Turkic world. And perhaps soon we will be able to see our works in the international context, and even Europe will flow here. This is a great contribution to tourism. We sincerely believe that the Cyprus Museum of Modern Arts will stand out in the international arena”.
