As part of Five Capitals Five Exhibitions Project, the first of the Projection Exhibitions is to be opened in Ankara by NEU Faculty of Fine Arts and Design

According to the press info release from the Directorate of Press and Public Relations Office of Near East University, Dicle ÖZLÜSES, Elif ATAMAZ DAUT, Erdal AYGENÇ, Erdoğan ERGÜN, Evrim ERGÜN, Gökhan OKUR, Gürkan GÖKAŞAN, Hakan DAĞ, Hasan ZEYBEK, Hemn Ahmed MAM, Hikmet ULUÇAM, İnci KANSU, Mine OKUR, Mustafa HASTÜRK, Osman KETEN, Rahme MANASTIRLI, Raif DİMİLİLER, Raif KIZIL, Tunay ÖZYAY, Uğurcan AKYÜZ, Vedia OKUTAN GAYDELER, Yücel YAZGIN ile beraber; StopMotion çalışan Hasan KOŞUCU, Erdoğan KAHRAMANOĞLU, Ahmet AKSAÇ, Fula TANIK, Neriman UYSAL, Koray ORBAY, Burak TOPRAK, Önder TÜRKKAL, Melek ŞANLI, Cağrı HAŞİMOĞLULARI, Ertu HACIMUSA, Ali Cüneyt GENÇ and Fikri GÜRLÜ are expressed to be the participators of the exhibition to be opened in Ankara.

Making a statement on the matter, Acting Dean of Faculty of Fine Arts and Design of Near East University, Prof.Dr. Uğurcan Akyüz, said: “The last exhibition we held was in Nicosia on the 10th Anniversary of the Foundation of our faculty. Currently, we are rather proud and happy to be preparing to open the first of the exhibitions of the Five Capitals Five Exhibitions Project in Ankara. We would like to express our gratitude to Near East University and Çankaya Municipality for the support they have provided to realise this exhibition.”

Also making a statement Academic Member and in charge of the exhibition Raif Dimililer said: “The first of our exhibitions to be held within the academic year 2015-16 will be opened on Friday, October, 16th 2015 at 18:00 at Galeri Çankaya. The exhibition will be open until October 30th 2015 where it will be possible to view fifty-seven pieces of art-work, sculptures, graphic (short film, photographic, illustrations, stencil graphite, lithograph) and thirteen short-films shot with stop-motion technique. We believe that this and all exhibitions to be held as part of the aforementioned project will be of quality and exemplary to future generations.”
