Near East University, which offers scholarships of up to 100 percent for 245 master’s and doctoral programs approved by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) and the Higher Education Planning, Supervision, Accreditation and Coordination Board (YÖDAK), continues to accept scholarship applications.
